Kale Protein Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients needed:

2 cups of Kale
2 scoops of Whey protein (whatever flavor you prefer)
1 cup of Frozen Blueberries
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of sliced Banana
1/2 cup of low fat yogurt (preferred plain or vanilla)
1/2 cup of ice

Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serving size is about 2 - 12 oz glasses
